Each service shows its own duration. When you pick several services in one visit, the booking wizard adds the durations and buffers together and offers a single slot that fits them all.
Yes. Choose a specific stylist, or pick Any available and the salon assigns the first stylist free at your time.
Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that you can still cancel, but unless the salon cancels there is no refund. The full policy is on the Policies page.
